No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used or partially used messaging or calling services
  • Purchased contact or calling databases
  • Account suspensions due to policy violations
  • Platform-related issues beyond our control

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Payment was made but service was not activated
  • A technical issue from our side prevented service delivery

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us within 7 days of payment
  2. Provide payment proof and issue details
  3. Our team will review and respond within 7–10 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
